Job summary

Wolters Kluwer seeks an Associate Director for the AI Transformation Office to accelerate responsible AI adoption across the organization. You will translate ambiguous questions into rigorous, evidence-based answers, working with Finance, Data, Technology, HR, and business owners.

The role combines strategy consulting rigor with hands-on analytics to identify value, measure impact, and guide investment decisions. You will build frameworks and governance for enterprise AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in strategy consulting or related analytic environment.
• Experience developing analytical models, KPIs, baselines, and translating improvements into financial impact.
• Ability to rapidly understand unfamiliar functions, processes, and economics.

Responsibilities

• Identify and diagnose high-value AI opportunities.
• Define KPIs and establish credible baselines.
• Quantify value at stake and develop value estimates.
• Develop rigorous business cases for AI opportunities.
• Design measurement approaches for pilots and scale deployments.
• Build enterprise AI value view across portfolio.
• Generate executive-ready insights and recommendations.
• Build repeatable analytical tools and frameworks.
