Responsibilities

• Develop and own TravisMathew's AI strategy and multi-year roadmap, aligned to business priorities.
• Identify and prioritize AI use cases with clear value, cost, and ROI.
• Monitor emerging AI capabilities and market trends, translating them into practical opportunities.
• Lead select high-priority AI initiatives from concept to pilot to adoption, with measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with the parent company's AI builder, translating priorities into build requests and shared solutions.
• Prototype lightweight AI solutions to prove value before large-scale build.
• Embed AI into workflows and measure realized value across functions.
• Build AI literacy through training, playbooks, and communities of practice.
• Evaluate AI tooling and partnerships, ensuring governance and compliance.
• Provide regular visibility to the Executive Team on AI portfolio, risks, and value.
