Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance or related field; MBA a plus.
• 5+ years in AI/ML strategy or related field; consulting with AI/consumer brands preferred.
• Experience identifying, business-casing, and deploying AI or analytics use cases.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own AI strategy and multi-year roadmap aligned to business goals.
• Prioritize AI use cases across functions with clear value, cost, and ROI.
• Lead high-priority AI initiatives from concept to pilot to adoption.
• Partner with AI builders and translate priorities into build requests.
• Embed AI into workflows and measure realized value.
• Build AI literacy via training and playbooks.
• Evaluate tooling and vendors for fit and governance.
• Provide regular visibility to the executive team on portfolio and risks.
