Job summary

Zendesk seeks an AI Success Strategist to own end-to-end delivery of customers’ AI roadmaps, translating product capabilities into business strategy and aligning executive stakeholders to scale AI initiatives.

You will drive adoption, partner with Product, Services, Sales, and Partners, and measure outcomes with adoption and retention metrics to shape a sustainable, high-impact AI program.

Responsibilities

• Own AI roadmap delivery: design, plan, and execute adoption roadmaps for key customers.
• Design authority for AI deployments with reviews and guidance; coordinate with engineering and services.
• Partner with executives to co-create and refine a forward-looking AI strategy.
• Align internal teams to deliver the AI roadmap and manage risks.
• Maintain recurring cadence and mutual AI roadmap goals, maximize value and renewals.
• Own channel strategy for AI dissemination and partner engagement.
• Measure impact using adoption data, improve retention and expansion.
