Supernal AI is seeking an experienced AI Strategist to lead forward deployed pods, owning client engagements from kickoff to ongoing partnership. You will plan scope, validate progress, and communicate clearly with stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery and measurable outcomes.

You’ll work closely with our Lead AI Mason to align technical estimates, drive risk mitigation, and expand use cases—turning ambitious plans into practical, repeatable success for clients.

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years managing complex SaaS/AI programs.
• Proven on-time, to-spec delivery with client satisfaction.
• Strong planning, risk, and change management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics.
• Break work into milestones, dependencies, and timelines.
• Identify risks, assumptions, and mitigation plans early.
• Own all client reporting and weekly updates.
