Job summary

Exavalu is seeking an experienced Agentic AI Technical Lead to guide a high-impact SWAT Pod and deliver production-grade AI solutions. You will architect, build, review, troubleshoot, and deploy AI applications while mentoring a compact engineering team.

You will drive adoption of Agentic AI architectures, RAG, and orchestration frameworks for scalable enterprise AI. The ideal candidate has a strong software engineering background with recent hands-on AI development in production and experience

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering, platform engineering, or AI development experience.
• Recent hands-on coding experience in production environments.
• Experience with Large Language Model (LLM) applications.
• Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Experience with Agentic AI solutions and scalable enterprise AI apps.
• Strong API development, cloud-native architecture, and distributed systems knowledge.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and production monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Lead a compact Agentic AI SWAT Pod across multiple AI use-case tracks.
• Drive architectural design and implementation for enterprise Agentic AI solutions.
• Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and enforce engineering best practices.
• Design reusable AI components and reference implementations.
• Own critical code paths and contribute to hands-on software development.
• Ensure observability and CI/CD readiness for AI applications.
