Fundamental Administrative Services, LLC is seeking a Manager, AI Strategy to lead the organization’s AI vision and execution across clinical, operational, and enterprise functions in a multi-facility SNF environment.

The role focuses on safe, compliant, measurable, and scalable AI initiatives, translating executive priorities into an actionable portfolio that improves operational efficiency while protecting resident privacy and regulatory integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, Business, Data/Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of healthcare IT, analytics, digital transformation, product/program management, or strategy.
• Experience delivering cross-functional initiatives in regulated environments.
• Working knowledge of AI concepts, risks, and limitations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a 12–24 month enterprise AI roadmap.
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI use cases.
• Build business cases, ROI models, and funding requests for AI initiatives.
