Qualifications

• 6+ years of program or project management leadership in health/c care systems or regulated environments.
• 4+ years supporting technology, digital, or AI-enabled initiatives including adoption and change management.
• 2+ years cross-health system or health plan operations experience.
• 3+ years building program infrastructure (PMO, governance, reporting) in greenfield settings.

Responsibilities

• Build and mature the AI program operating model with governance, workflows, and reporting.
• Serve as central connector aligning priorities across leaders, teams, and stakeholders.
• Drive governance routines, meetings, materials, and action tracking.
• Manage AI portfolio lifecycle from intake to executive reporting.
• Lead AI initiatives from concept through adoption with measurable outcomes.
• Translate responsible AI principles into practical operating practices for privacy, security, and compliance.
• Develop executive-ready program materials (charters, briefs, board materials).
• Engage diverse stakeholders to build trust and enable implementation of AI-enabled solutions.
• Coordinate vendor/external partner engagement for demonstrations, evaluations, and performance tracking.
• Champion AI adoption and change enablement across health system workflows.
