Job summary

Central Health System seeks a Sr. Program Manager, AI Initiatives to shape governance, structure, and scalable programs for responsible AI adoption across health system workflows.

You will coordinate a broad set of stakeholders, drive portfolio management, and ensure projects move from idea to implementation with measurable outcomes. Qualifications

• 6 years seasoned program or project management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in health or related environments.
• 4 years experience supporting technology, digital, AI-enabled, or transformation initiatives including adoption and change management.
• 2 years experience across health system settings such as health systems, health plans, or healthcare IT/digital health environments.
• 3 years building program infrastructure ( intake processes, tracking systems, governance routines, PMO frameworks) in greenfield or early-stage environments.
• Foundational AI literacy including AI concepts, lifecycle considerations, governance frameworks or risk domains.
• Experience with enterprise portfolio/project management platforms (e.g., ServiceNow) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and mature the AI program operating model with governance, workflows, and reporting structures.
• Serve as a central connector within the AI dyad leadership model across leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Facilitate governance meetings, prepare decision-ready materials, track outcomes and ensure timely follow-through.
• Manage the AI portfolio lifecycle from intake to execution and benefits realization.
• Lead AI initiatives from concept through adoption with clear scope, alignment, and measurable outcomes.
• Translate responsible AI principles into practical operating practices for privacy, security, and compliance.
