The Greentree Group is seeking an AI Technology/Strategic Specialist to support our Air Force client at Wright Patterson AFB, Ohio. This onsite role focuses on AI strategy, model development, and turning data into actionable insights.

You will collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to establish metrics, ensure security, and drive responsible AI initiatives. The team offers growth opportunities in a dynamic, mission-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, data analytics or related field.
• Proficient with AI models, cloud frameworks, and data tools.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• US citizenship and ability to obtain clearance.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate AI strategy and present findings to senior stakeholders.
• Lead ML model implementations to automate data processes and analytics.
• Collaborate with development teams to deploy AI solutions with oversight.
• Establish metrics to measure AI initiative value and impact.
• Ensure compliance with security and privacy standards for AF data.
• Track emerging AI tools and responsible AI guidelines.
• Travel up to 15% may be required.
