Job summary

Southeast Equipment is seeking an AI and Data Solutions Specialist to turn data into insights, automate repetitive work, and drive technology-enabled value across the business. You’ll build dashboards, analyze performance, and partner with leaders to improve profitability and operations.

The role is hybrid, based in New Albany, Ohio, with 2-3 days in the office. You’ll work directly with executives to translate complex data into practical recommendations and scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience developing dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI.
• Working knowledge of SQL, Power Query, DAX, and data modeling.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across departments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models.
• Partner with leaders across the organization to identify meaningful business metrics.
• Perform analysis that helps improve profitability, operational performance, customer experience, and decision-making.
• Translate complex information into simple, actionable recommendations.
• Learn how work gets done throughout the organization and identify bottlenecks to automate.
• Evaluate and implement AI, workflow automation, and business process solutions.
