What You Will Do

• Collaborate with senior leadership to define and implement AI strategies that align with business goals.
• Help shape new AI opportunities with account leadership and support business development efforts (i.e., responding to RFPs, developing white papers, creating pitch decks).
• Help our clients prepare for AI adoption by building platforms for AI models, enabling AI cloud services, and making Guidehouse and our clients' data ready for AI.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies and apply them to our business needs.
• Lead the development, optimization, and deployment of AI strategies, models, agents and solutions for Guidehouse and its clients ensuring they meet performance and scalability requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI integration and drive innovation in how we deliver to clients.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of AI developers and data engineers.
• Ensure that all AI deployments adhere to commercial and public sector guidelines policies and standards, delivering responsible AI usage.

What You Will Need

• Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "SECRET" security clearance; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of clearance prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE "SECRET" or higher-level clearance are preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree is required
• Minimum EIGHT (8) years of experience in AI, machine learning, and data analytics, with a focus on the financial services industry.
• Minimum TWO (2) years of working experience with Generative AI and / or Agentic AI architectures and solutions.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Palantir or Databricks including deploying AI solutions on these platforms.
• Deep understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data analytics, the model lifecycle, model platform design and build, and will bring a proven track record of implementing AI-driven solutions.
• Proven leadership in leading AI-driven technology modernization projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think strategically and drive innovation.
• Experience with cloud platforms, big data technologies, and AI frameworks.

What Would Be Nice To Have

• Experience working with clients in an advisory or technology consulting capacity
• Master's degree
