Albers Aerospace is seeking an AI-Data Automation Engineer to build automation and AI capabilities for engineering processes. The role requires U.S.

citizenship and ability to obtain a Secret clearance; onsite at Evendale, OH with some travel. You will create production-ready tools, automated workflows, and comprehensive technical documentation, while collaborating with model-based systems engineers in a military jet engine context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer/Electrical Engineering or related STEM field.
• US citizenship and ability to obtain Secret clearance.
• Strong scripting and programming in Python, C++, Java, SQL, etc.
• Proficiency in Windows and Unix/Linux environments.
• Data integration, APIs, and web services understanding.
• Experience with AWS, Docker/Kubernetes, and cloud solutions.
• Familiar with SDLC, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
• Git and collaborative development practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy automation and AI tools in a fast-paced environment.
• Write high-quality, maintainable code across languages.
• Build/test integration tools with business teams to meet requirements.
• Apply SDLC/Lean/Agile, CI/CD, testing to pipelines and workflows.
• Collaborate with IA/DT teams; deploy tools in classified spaces if needed.
• Integrate with toolchains (Teamcenter, NX, Cameo, Ansys) via APIs.
• Develop data integration solutions across sources, DBs, APIs.
• Document workflows, user guides, and provide training.
