Job summary

AppLovin is seeking a candidate for its AI Strategy team to accelerate AI adoption across business units. You will partner with Finance, Legal, HR, and IT to identify high-value opportunities and design scalable AI-powered workflows.

You will build data pipelines, governance, and reusable AI patterns while coordinating with cloud infrastructure and security teams to ensure safe deployment and measurable impact. A 3–6 year track record in ops/AI is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of relevant experience in business operations, strategy, data, automation, AI, or related roles.
• Experience independently owning or driving cross-functional technology initiatives from problem definition through implementation and adoption.
• Strong understanding of business operations and translating ambiguous problems into practical technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute AI adoption roadmaps across business functions.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, HR, and other teams to identify high-value AI opportunities.
• Build monitoring and alerting for AI-powered data pipelines and automations.
• Establish documentation for dashboards, metrics, data sources, ownership, and calculation logic.
• Operate an internal AI skills and automation program, including onboarding and governance reviews.
• Build, launch and manage libraries of reusable AI skills, tools, and workflows.
• Coordinate secure integrations between AI tools and enterprise systems.
