Job summary

Lovable is seeking an AI Operations & Automation leader to design and own internal systems that speed up the business. You’ll architect workflow automations, build internal AI tools, and create data enrichment pipelines for a 300-person company expanding rapidly.

You’ll balance making Lovable faster with enabling teams to ship confidently, testing new models, and deploying scalable AI-powered workflows across the org.

Qualifications

• Shipped production automations at a company with real business impact.
• Strong engineering fundamentals across APIs, databases and architecture.
• Data modeling, SQL, and building enrichment pipelines.
• Developer who tests new AI tools and builds internal AI workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own internal AI systems that accelerate Lovable’s operations.
• Define operating playbooks for AI-native companies and scale them.
• Build internal tools and workflows using Lovable, AI agents, no-code, or code.
• Turn data into operational leverage across teams and functions.
• Deploy AI agent armies configured for every teammate.
• Integrate AI features across Slack, Notion, and other tools.
