American Honda Finance Corp. seeks an AI Business Analyst to drive strategic AI projects within the Strategic Planning department, partnering with leadership and operations to build an AI road map and governance framework.

You will own initiatives from proposal to deployment, coordinating with Captive Finance IT and external vendors, while communicating with senior leaders. The role requires 2+ years in finance/tech, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to navigate

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required in finance, economics, business, business administration, mathematics/statistics, data science, or related field
• MBA or related MS degree preferred
• 2+ years in financial or tech field or outstanding academic record

Responsibilities

• Develop AI road map and prioritize AI use cases
• Maintain AI governance for compliance, ethics, and security
• Lead AI initiatives from proposal to implementation with IT and vendors
• Present AI updates to senior leadership and secure approvals
• Support ad hoc research, reporting, and non-AI initiatives
