Job summary

Sigma Software is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth in AI-focused solutions. You will identify new customers, lead the sales cycle with compelling presentations and proposals, and ensure client needs align with our AI offerings.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value and expand the client base. The role requires 3+ years in IT/software sales, strong English and German, and a passion for AI-driven platforms and automation.

Qualifications

Bachelor-level degree or higher in IT, software, or business-related field.
Proven track record in AI projects or AI-driven proposals.
Strong English and German written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

Identify and target new customers and sales opportunities for AI-driven solutions.
Lead the sales cycle with presentations, proposals, and negotiations.
Ensure proposals align with client needs and profitability KPIs.
Coordinate handoff to Delivery team after closing.
Maintain CRM records and build a network of clients and partners.
Monitor AI industry events and market opportunities to grow revenue.
