Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial experience as a Business Analyst in software product development.
• Proven ability to elicit, analyze, decompose, document and validate requirements.
• Experience managing product backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience working directly with Customers and facilitating requirements discussions.
• Ability to own product and business decisions within a defined area.
• English proficiency at Advanced level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Customer to understand business needs, priorities, and outcomes.
• Act as a Proxy Product Owner and support day-to-day product decisions.
• Own and drive the requirements management process throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on backlog refinement and prioritization.
• Facilitate backlog refinement sessions with engineering teams.
• Align business requirements with technical implementation with architects and developers.
• Support sprint prioritization and timely business decisions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and drive process improvements.
• Identify gaps, risks, and ambiguities in requirements and drive resolution.
• Prepare user stories, acceptance criteria, and related BA documentation.
• Support product demos, acceptance activities, and Customer feedback incorporation.
• Apply AI-assisted approaches to requirements analysis, research, and documentation.
