Responsibilities

• Lead presentations and manage customers through the full sales cycle.
• Align proposals with client needs and drive contract negotiations.
• Prepare case studies, contracts, and sales materials.
• Ensure smooth handover of new accounts to Delivery team.
• Maintain CRM records and track profitability KPIs.
