Job summary

As our Applied AI Engineer, you'll work directly with business teams to identify high-value opportunities where AI, automation, and digital technologies can simplify work, improve decision-making, and create measurable business impact.

You'll rapidly move from business problems to working prototypes - experimenting, validating ideas, and helping successful solutions become part of everyday work.

This role combines technology, problem solving, and business collaboration. It is ideal for someone who enjoys understanding how people work today and finding smarter ways of working tomorrow.

What You'll Be Doing

• Work directly with Sales, Customer Service, and business stakeholders to identify high-impact opportunities for AI and automation.
• Translate business challenges into practical AI-enabled solutions, prototypes, and proof-of-concepts.
• Configure, test, and implement AI solutions using modern technologies such as LLMs, AI agents, workflow automation, APIs, and enterprise platforms.
• Collaborate with software engineers, data engineers, product owners, and business experts to bring successful ideas into production.
• Measure adoption, business value, and user feedback to continuously improve delivered solutions.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who enjoys solving real business problems with technology.

• At least 3 years of experience in AI, automation, solution engineering, digital transformation, technical consulting, or a similar hands-on role.
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders and translating business needs into practical technical solutions.
• Curiosity about modern AI technologies and a willingness to experiment with new approaches.
• Understanding of commercial processes such as Sales Operations, Customer Service, CRM, pricing, quotations, or product information management.
• Strong communication skills in English and the ability to collaborate across business and technical teams.

Experience with Python, APIs, SQL, low-code platforms, LLMs, AI agents, or workflow automation is highly valued.
