Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or related field.
- 5+ years oil & gas experience in artificial lift and optimization.
- Experience in solutions engineering or technical sales at a B2B software company.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical sales pursuits from first conversation through pilot.
- Design solutions tailored to how customers operate.
- Deliver product demos for meetings, partners, and events.
- Build decks, collateral, and business cases for opportunities.
- Provide technical input on contracts and RFQs/RFPs.
- Define success metrics and plan pilots with KPI tracking.
- Move pilots toward full deployments and inform roadmap.
- Share customer insights with Product, Success, Marketing, and leadership.
