Qualifications

• 7+ years in Data Science/ML/AI delivery or similar.
• 5+ years in leadership or client-facing delivery roles.
• Oil & Gas or Energy domain expertise in upstream/midstream/downstream.
• Experience delivering production AI solutions with MLOps/LLMOps.
• Hands-on with Databricks, Snowflake, LangChain or Semantic Kernel.
• Cloud experience on AWS/Azure/GCP and modern AI SDLC practices.

Responsibilities

• Define AI/GenAI strategies, roadmaps and business cases for Energy clients.
• Lead client workshops and solution-design engagements with stakeholders.
• Own end-to-end delivery from ideation to production deployment.
• Mentor teams, build reusable assets, and raise delivery standards.
• Develop proposals and go-to-market offerings for EPAM Energy AI.
