Attuned Intelligence is seeking a hands-on AI solutions engineer to build and improve agents for healthcare customers. Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building LLM-based agents or conversational/workflow automation.
• Experience with voice AI, speech recognition, or TTS systems is a plus.
• Strong writing and structured reasoning to turn ambiguous requests into clear instructions.

Responsibilities

• Build and validate customer solutions by designing prompts, flows, content and tool integrations.
• Develop new agent capabilities and prototype solutions with platform engineers.
• Test and troubleshoot systems with scalable testing against realistic scenarios.
• Drive ongoing customer outcomes by measuring task completion, patient experience, and staff effort.
• Turn customer learnings into reusable product enhancements for the roadmap.
