As a Sales Engineer, you will be the technical bridge between our Account Executives and our prospective customers, playing a critical role in how they understand, adopt, and succeed with our AI agents. This is a highly cross‑functional role where you will combine your technical credibility with your sales acumen to demonstrate value, build trust, and accelerate deals.
You will be the technical voice of the customer, translating their needs into solutions and providing invaluable feedback to our product and engineering teams. You will get to show prospects how cutting‑edge AI can transform their compliance operations, presenting to both CTOs and Chief Compliance Officers.
- Partner with Account Executives to scope and deliver compelling, customized demos that are tailored to the specific business needs of our prospects.
- Develop proof‑of‑concepts and prototypes that showcase how our AI agents can solve our customers’ most pressing problems.
- Present our technical solutions to both business and technical stakeholders in a clear and persuasive manner.
- Confidently handle technical objections, including questions about integration, compliance, and performance.
- Collaborate with our Product and Engineering teams to provide feedback from the field and influence our product roadmap.
- Contribute to our sales enablement materials, demo environments, and best practices to help scale the impact of our sales engineering team.
- A strong technical background in software engineering, solution architecture, or technical consulting.
