Bretton AI, Inc. is seeking a Solutions Engineer to serve as the technical bridge between Account Executives and prospective customers.

You will demonstrate, adopt, and drive success with our AI agents, translating customer needs into scalable solutions and feeding feedback to product and engineering teams. You will present to CTOs and Chief Compliance Officers, showcasing how AI can transform compliance operations.

• Strong technical background in software engineering, solution architecture, or technical consulting.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to translate complex AI concepts into business value.
• Comfortable building quick prototypes and debugging code in real-time.
• Consultative, customer-first mindset with a passion for problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to scope and deliver customized demos tailored to the business needs of prospects.
• Develop proof-of-concepts and prototypes that showcase how our AI agents can solve customer problems.
• Present our technical solutions to both business and technical stakeholders clearly and persuasively.
• Confidently handle technical objections, including questions about integration, compliance, and performance.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to provide field feedback and influence product roadmap.
• Contribute to sales enablement materials, demo environments, and best practices to scale the solutions engineering team.

The Role

As a Solutions Engineer , you will be the technical bridge between our Account Executives and our prospective customers, playing a critical role in how they understand, adopt, and succeed with our AI agents. This is a highly cross-functional role where you will combine your technical credibility with your sales acumen to demonstrate value, build trust, and accelerate deals.

You will be the technical voice of the customer, translating their needs into solutions and providing invaluable feedback to our product and engineering teams. You will get to show prospects how cutting-edge AI can transform their compliance operations, presenting to both CTOs and Chief Compliance Officers.

What You'll Do

Compensation

$130K - $170K

We compensate employees based on two primary factors: relevant previous experience and demonstrated ability to drive business impact.
