Job summary

Bretton AI, a leading AI agent platform for financial services, seeks a Solutions Engineer to bridge the gap between Account Executives and prospects. You will demonstrate value, build trust, and accelerate deals while translating customer needs into scalable AI-based solutions.

You'll present to CTOs and Chief Compliance Officers, develop proofs-of-concept, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to shape the roadmap.

Qualifications

• Strong technical background in software engineering or related field.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to translate AI concepts into business value.
• Ability to build quick prototypes and debug code in real-time.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to scope and deliver customized demos.
• Develop proofs-of-concept and prototypes showcasing AI agents.
• Present technical solutions to business and technical stakeholders.
• Handle technical objections including integration, compliance, and performance.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to feedback field needs.
• Contribute to sales enablement materials, demo environments, and best practices.
