Job summary

Napster Corp is seeking a Solutions Engineer for Europe, UAE, and USA. This IC role reports to the Head of Solutions Engineering and centers on technical discovery, validating feasibility, and shaping a product-aligned solution concept ready for handoff to Delivery.

The role is highly consultative, requiring deep AI familiarity, customer empathy, and the ability to lead demonstrations and technical questions across APIs, LLMs, and architecture within a pre-sales context.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Solutions Engineering or similar pre-sales role.
• Ability to translate business problems into technical demos.
• Experience presenting to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfort with ambiguity and turning problems into sellable concepts.
• Collaborative with Sales, Delivery and Product teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery with prospects: uncover business problem, current state, and desired outcomes.
• Translate customer needs into a solution mental model and validate feasibility at a high level.
• Build and present demos and proofs of concept showing real business value.
• Serve as the customer’s main technical resource throughout the sales cycle.
