Job summary

Mitel (Delaware) Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to provide technical expertise and business-level consultation throughout the sales cycle. You will identify customer business needs, propose Mitel products and services, and lead opportunities with partners across assigned geographies.

The role combines deep technical knowledge with consultative selling and AI-centric solutions. You will define plays, support multiple vertical markets, and liaise with Product Management, R&D, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or experience in lieu of degree.
• Previous work experience in sales engineering.
• Mitel product experience or applicable experience in competitor's UC/CC offerings.
• AI, workflow, CX and other applications and API connection.
• Ability to support solutions planning for multiple vertical markets.
• Strong ability to sell and position Mitel products in a high-touch consultative environment.
• Formal understanding of IT markets including LAN, WAN, Security, Cloud and Virtualization.

Responsibilities

• Define AI, workflow and application plays/blueprints for the sales engineering team.
• Provide the knowledge and experience to the sales organization.
• Escalation point for Sales Engineering to build and demonstrate Workflow Studio, Mitel CX and AI solutions.
• Drive improvements in products and services through cross-organizational collaboration.
• Identify and address gaps for customers, partners, and internal/external teams with workflows and AI solutions.
• Deliver a forward-looking view/approach.
• Provide architectural oversight and solution reviews to customers and partners.
• Document and share best practices with business stakeholders.
• Maintain high level of technical knowledge on relevant software releases.
• Cover the Americas Theater with travel (<20%).
