Job summary

Jobgether SRL's partner is seeking an AI Builder (AI Solutions Engineer) based in the United States to turn complex business challenges into production-ready AI solutions.

You will work with stakeholders to rapidly prototype ideas, validate solutions through working demonstrations, and build across front-end and back-end applications, APIs, integrations, AI orchestration, and intelligent workflows.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building AI solutions with Claude Cowork.
• Experience with Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, or GitHub Copilot.
• Strong knowledge of Generative AI and Agentic AI concepts.
• Experience designing RAG architectures, AI agents, and workflow automation.
• Full-stack capabilities including Python, React, and Next.js.
• Experience developing and integrating APIs and enterprise systems.
• Familiarity with LangGraph, CrewAI, LangChain, or PydanticAI.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to business stakeholders.
• Comfortable in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Translate business challenges into practical AI solutions and prototypes.
• Partner with stakeholders to clarify problems rather than only implementing requirements.
• Build AI solutions using Claude Cowork, Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, or GitHub Copilot.
• Develop full-stack solutions across front-end, back-end, APIs, integrations, and AI orchestration.
• Design Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions, including RAG architectures and prompt engineering.
• Advance prototypes toward scalable, production-ready enterprise solutions.
• Demonstrate working solutions to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
• Ensure AI governance, security, privacy, and compliance without slowing delivery.
• Identify emerging AI capabilities and map them to business problems.
