Job summary

Humanscale is seeking a hands-on AI Solutions Engineer to identify, develop, and implement AI solutions that automate processes, improve efficiency, and support innovation across the organization. The role delivers prototypes and production-ready solutions for document processing, workflow automation, knowledge search, reporting, customer support, and predictive analytics.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in software development, analytics, data engineering, AI, ML, automation, or related technical field.
• Hands-on experience building AI-powered applications using large language models, enterprise AI platforms, or cloud AI services.
• Experience with AI platforms and tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Services, or similar technologies.
• 2+ years of programming experience in Python or other modern programming languages.

Responsibilities

• Research and document business use cases where AI can positively impact processes, workflows, and decision-making.
• Meet with stakeholders across departments to understand challenges and opportunities for automation or AI workflows.
• Analyze and prioritize AI initiatives based on value, feasibility, data readiness, user experience, security, and maintainability.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support AI-driven solutions and proofs-of-concept.
• Build prototypes, dashboards, and enterprise apps using AI tech and modern frameworks.
• Integrate AI solutions with ERP, CRM, and document management platforms.
