Job summary

Brillio is seeking an AI Builder (AI Solutions Engineer) to act as the speed and execution engine of the team. You will work with business stakeholders to understand problems, prototype AI solutions rapidly, and scale successful prototypes into production systems.

You will leverage Claude Cowork and other tools to build end-to-end AI across frontend, backend, APIs, and orchestrations, including RAG, agents, and workflow automation, while navigating enterprise governance and security.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Claude Cowork.
• Experience with Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf or GitHub Copilot.
• Strong background in Generative AI and Agentic AI.
• Full-stack development and API integrations.
• Healthcare domain exposure (FHIR/HL7, HIPAA) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Turn business problems into working AI solutions quickly.
• Build and iterate rapidly using Claude Cowork as a primary tool.
• Leverage Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, or GitHub Copilot.
• Develop GenAI and Agentic AI solutions (RAG, agents, orchestration).
• Take prototypes to production-ready solutions.
• Partner with stakeholders to define problems, not just request.
• Demonstrate working solutions regularly and iterate on feedback.
• Navigate enterprise AI governance, security, and compliance while delivering.
