Job summary

Jobgether SRL's partner is seeking an AI Builder (AI Solutions Engineer) based in the United States to turn complex business challenges into production-ready AI solutions.

You will work with stakeholders to rapidly prototype ideas, validate solutions through working demonstrations, and build across front-end and back-end applications, APIs, integrations, AI orchestration, and intelligent workflows.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building AI solutions with Claude Cowork.
• Experience with Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, or GitHub Copilot.
• Strong knowledge of Generative AI and Agentic AI concepts.
• Experience designing RAG architectures, AI agents, and workflow automation.
• Full-stack capabilities including Python, React, and Next.js.
• Experience developing and integrating APIs and enterprise systems.
• Familiarity with LangGraph, CrewAI, LangChain, or PydanticAI.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to business stakeholders.
• Comfortable in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an AI Builder (AI Solutions Engineer) based in the United States.

This role is an opportunity to turn complex business challenges into practical, production-ready AI solutions.

You will work directly with business stakeholders to discover problems, rapidly prototype ideas, and validate solutions through working demonstrations.

The position combines full-stack engineering with Generative AI, Agentic AI, automation, and modern AI development tools.

You will build across front-end and back-end applications, APIs, integrations, AI orchestration, and intelligent workflows.

The role emphasizes speed, experimentation, and a clear path from concept to scalable enterprise implementation.

You will also help navigate AI governance, security, and compliance requirements without losing delivery momentum.

Success requires strong hands-on engineering skills, curiosity about emerging AI technologies, and the ability to translate technical possibilities into business value.

Accountabilities

• Translate ambiguous business challenges into practical AI solutions and rapidly develop working prototypes.

• Partner directly with business stakeholders to discover, clarify, and define problems rather than simply implementing predefined requirements.

• Build and iterate AI solutions using modern development and AI-assisted coding tools, including Claude Cowork, Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, or GitHub Copilot.

• Develop full-stack solutions spanning front-end, back-end, APIs, integrations, and AI orchestration.

• Design and implement Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions, including RAG architectures, AI agents, workflow automation, and prompt engineering.

• Take successful prototypes through refinement and development toward scalable, production-ready enterprise solutions.

• Regularly demonstrate working solutions to stakeholders, gather feedback, and rapidly incorporate improvements.

• Work within enterprise AI governance, security, privacy, and compliance requirements while maintaining delivery speed.

• Help identify emerging AI capabilities and determine how they can be applied to solve real-world business problems.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience building AI solutions, with substantial practical experience using Claude Cowork.

• Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, or GitHub Copilot.

• Strong knowledge of Generative AI and Agentic AI concepts and implementation patterns.

• Experience designing and developing RAG architectures, AI agents, workflow automation, and prompt-engineering solutions.

• Strong full-stack development capabilities, including Python, React, and/or Next.js.

• Experience developing and integrating APIs and enterprise systems.

• Familiarity with AI development frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, LangChain, or PydanticAI.

• Experience taking AI prototypes from experimentation through production in enterprise environments.

• Strong ability to communicate technical concepts and AI solutions directly to business stakeholders.

• Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments where experimentation and rapid iteration are essential.

• Strong problem-solving skills, technical curiosity, ownership, and a builder-oriented mindset.

• Healthcare industry experience is highly desirable, particularly with FHIR/HL7, claims workflows, clinical operations, revenue cycle management, HIPAA, or GxP.
