Job summary

Brillio is seeking an AI Builder (AI Solutions Engineer) to act as the speed and execution engine for enterprise AI initiatives in New York. You will partner with business stakeholders to understand problems, rapidly prototype solutions, and scale successful ideas into production systems.

You will build across front-end, back-end, APIs, and AI orchestration, leveraging Claude Cowork, Claude Code, and other modern AI tools to deliver GenAI and Agentic AI solutions for healthcare and other

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Claude Cowork and related AI tooling.
• Proficiency with Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf or GitHub Copilot.
• Strong background in Generative AI, agentic AI, and RAG architectures.
• Experience with AI agents, workflow automation, and prompt engineering.
• Full-stack development with Python and React/Next.js; building APIs/integrations.

Responsibilities

• Turn business problems into working AI solutions quickly.
• Build and iterate rapidly using Claude Cowork as a primary tool.
• Leverage Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, and Copilot for development.
• Build across front-end, back-end, APIs, integrations, and AI orchestration.
• Develop GenAI and Agentic AI solutions including RAG and agents.
• Take prototypes through to production-ready solutions.
• Partner with stakeholders to define problems, not just requirements.
• Demonstrate solutions and incorporate feedback quickly.
• Navigate governance, security, and compliance while delivering.
