Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
• 6–8+ years of experience applying Data Science, Machine Learning, AI, or Advanced Analytics to solve business or operational problems
• Experience with Machine Learning and Applied Statistics
• Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Responsibilities

• Partner with engineering, operations, reliability, integrity, records, and asset management teams to identify opportunities for AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics.
• Translate business challenges into scalable, data-driven solutions.
• Build and deploy machine learning models using Python for predictive analytics, classification, regression, clustering, and natural language processing.
• Develop Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions utilizing LLMs, prompt engineering, and workflow automation.
• Analyze structured and unstructured data to identify trends, operational risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Design Power BI dashboards and business intelligence tools that support operational decision-making.
• Develop clean, maintainable Python code within Git repositories while following quality and security standards.
• Support model deployment, monitoring, documentation, and basic MLOps practices.
• Communicate technical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
