Qualifications

• BA/BS in economics, data science, CS, business or related field.
• 6-10 years in analytics, BI, automation, or data-focused role.
• Ability to present complex data clearly and actionable.
• Experience building AI-enabled workflows with governance.

Responsibilities

• Drive implementation of AI operating model and governance.
• Build capabilities through training and reusable patterns.
• Define AI standards, guardrails, and usage patterns.
• Partner with leaders to prioritize AI opportunities with business impact.
• Design and support AI-enabled solutions and workflows.
• Facilitate scale from experimentation to durable AI processes.
• Measure AI adoption, effectiveness, and business value.
