Plus Power, LLC is seeking a Manager, AI Solutions & Analytics to scale AI workflows across the business from a remote-based role in North America. You will enable adoption, design AI-enabled processes, and ensure governance and value realization across BO&SA initiatives.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in economics, data science, CS, business.
• 6–10 years in analytics, BI, automation, or data-focused role.
• Ability to present complex data clearly.
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver timely results.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Experience building AI solutions including agents, prompts, and human-in-the-loop controls.
• Experience driving adoption of new technologies across a cross-functional environment.
• Translate ambiguous problems into practical AI workflows and scalable processes.
• Establish governance, standards, and guardrails for analytics/AI workflows.
• Ability to communicate business value and scale AI use cases.
• Strong change management and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Drive implementation of Plus Power’s AI operating model by building organizational capability and enabling responsible use.
• Build organizational capability for AI through training, guidance, and reusable patterns.
• Define and reinforce AI standards, guardrails, and usage patterns for consistency and trust.
• Partner with leaders to assess, prioritize, and implement AI opportunities with business impact.
• Design, develop, and support AI-enabled solutions and workflows, including copilots and human-in-the-loop processes.
• Facilitate transition from experimentation to scale by identifying high-value use cases.
• Contribute to analytics priorities and measure AI adoption and business impact.
