Job summary

Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group, LLC is seeking an AI/Data Architect to advance our AI-enabled operations in energy infrastructure. This is an in-office role located in Katy, TX with core hours 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

You will partner with business leaders, engineers and field teams to turn ambitious AI ideas into production-ready solutions, from prototype to deployment, while emphasizing governance and security.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years in software/AI engineering, data engineering, or technical consulting
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering/IS/Math or related field
• Strong software fundamentals: version control, testing, CI/CD
• Proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript/JavaScript
• Strong SQL skills and modern data platforms
• Hands-on with AI systems including LLMs, RAG, agents and prompting tools
• Experience moving AI/ML from prototype to production with governance
• Lead complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives from problem to impact

Responsibilities

• Shape the next generation of AI-enabled operations at QISG
• Move between strategy and execution from executive opportunities to prototyping
• Architect scalable solutions that become part of daily operations
• Experiment autonomously with technical challenges and measurable impact
• Build agentic workflows to automate complex business processes
• Create AI-powered capabilities not previously possible
