Job summary

Learfield seeks a hands-on, business-minded AI builder who translates commercial needs into practical AI-enabled solutions. This individual contributor collaborates with sales, service, and business leaders to prototype, test, and refine AI-driven workflows within Learfield's approved tech stack.

The role emphasizes a builder mindset over pure software engineering, partnering with IT, Data Engineering, and governance teams to deploy scalable, secure solutions that boost productivity and impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience solving business problems, improving workflows, implementing solutions, or working across business and technology teams.
• Relevant backgrounds may include sales, commercial operations, finance, consulting, business systems, product implementation, digital transformation, technology, automation, or process improvement.
• Hands-on experience using generative AI, agents, copilots, workflow automation, or related tools to build practical solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to prototype, test, refine, and implement a solution - whether as part of your formal job, an internal initiative, or self-directed work.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Evidence of continuous learning and active engagement with the rapidly evolving AI landscape.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sellers, service teams, and business leaders to understand workflows and translate needs into AI solutions.
• Personally build and configure AI agents, copilots, workflow automations, prompt-based tools, and connected experiences.
• Bring together information across systems - CRMs, emails, calendars, collaboration tools, content repos, and other platforms - for end-to-end workflows.
• Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate; gather user feedback, refine the experience, and scale what works.
• Work with IT and technical partners to understand data, integrations, permissions, security, and production paths.
• Help Commercial teams become smarter using AI through training, prompts, playbooks, and practical examples.
• Stay current on evolving AI capabilities and identify ideas/tools that improve team workflows.
• Measure adoption, productivity, quality, and business impact and improve solutions over time.
