Togetherwork seeks an AI Solutions Engineer to transform Customer Experience through AI by identifying opportunities, designing solutions, building workflows, deploying them into production, measuring impact, and continuously improving the experience for customers and employees.

You will own how AI is designed, built, deployed, and operated across Support, Professional Services, and Education within the company AI governance framework, applying CX patterns and prompt libraries that comply with

Qualifications

• Ships working code, not just configuration.
• Comfortable writing Python or equivalent.
• Using Git for version control and deploying small services to production.
• Direct experience building applications against LLM APIs such as Claude or OpenAI.
• Prompt engineering as a discipline.
• Hands‑on experience with customer operations platforms such as Zendesk, Salesforce, ServiceNow, or similar ecosystems.
• Track record of delivering AI‑enabled operational improvements that shipped and got used.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, deploy, and operate AI solutions across CX teams (Support, Professional Services, Education).
• Define CX-specific patterns, prompt libraries, and workflow templates that comply with governance standards.
