Job summary

Torq is seeking an AI SOC Solutions Architect to design and deliver AI-driven SOC automation for enterprise customers. You will turn existing security operations into agent-assisted workflows, reducing workloads and MTTR, while balancing close customer collaboration with hands-on technical work.

You will partner with SOC leaders to architect, build, validate, and hand off end-to-end, integrating across SIEM/EDR stacks and security tools.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years in a technical security role (SOC/IR/automation) or as a Solutions Architect.
• Hands-on SOC operational understanding: alert triage, investigation, and incident response lifecycle.
• Experience with at least one SIEM (Sentinel, Splunk, Chronicle) and one EDR/XDR (CrowdStrike, Defender, SentinelOne).
• Automation and integration skills: Python, Bash, or Go; REST APIs, JSON, and webhooks.
• Working knowledge of applied AI: prompt engineering, agent behavior, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop concepts.
• Customer-facing excellence; able to explain complex technical AI concepts to analysts and CISOs.
• Strong organizational skills; able to juggle multiple enterprise engagements.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver AI-driven SOC automation for enterprise customers — turning security operations into agent-assisted, automated workflows.
• Translate SOC processes into automated workflows on Torq, covering Tier 1/2 triage, investigation, and incident response.
• Own technical delivery for strategic accounts end to end — architecture, build, validation, and handoff.
• Engineer integrations across the customer’s security stack via REST APIs, SIEM, EDR/XDR, IdP, and ticketing.
• Design, tune, and evaluate AI agent behavior — prompt engineering, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop checkpoints.
• Serve as trusted technical advisor to SOC leaders and analysts — run sessions, resolve blockers, drive adoption.
• Shape the offering by feeding field learnings back into product and new Professional Services concepts.
