Job summary

EY's Government and Infrastructure practice seeks an AI Solution Development Manager to lead technical delivery of AI-enabled solutions, guiding teams from proofs of concept to production for government clients in a hybrid environment.

You will translate business needs into technical designs, oversee development across data, AI, and application layers, and ensure security, quality, and reliability in deliverables.

Qualifications

• Must have ability to obtain and maintain a secret level clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree and 6–8+ years of related professional experience.
• Comfortable working in-person in a hybrid environment.
• Experience leading software, data, AI, analytics, or automation solutions.
• Hands-on development with Python and modern backend frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, testing, deployment of AI-enabled applications and reusable components.
• Translate requirements into feasible solution designs and delivery tasks.
• Provide hands-on technical direction for AI-enabled solutions integrating AI models and cloud services.
• Guide development of AI web applications using modern frontend and backend technologies.
• Promote quality, security, and maintainable solution design across engagements.
