Job summary

EY is hiring an AI Solution Development Analyst for the Government & Public Sector Service Delivery Center in the US. You will contribute to design and development of AI-enabled solutions, including proofs of concept, prototypes, and reusable accelerators.

You’ll work with EY teams to translate requirements into secure, maintainable components and integrate AI services across cloud platforms. The role focuses on hands-on technical delivery, collaboration with data engineers and AI specialists,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of two years of related professional experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a secret trust clearance or higher.
• Excellent English-language communication, both written and verbal.
• Experience developing software, data, AI, analytics, or automation solutions.
• Proficiency in Python and backend frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, Django.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, document, and improve AI-enabled components and prototypes.
• Translate requirements into working solution components and testable outcomes.
• Build UI components using React/TypeScript frameworks.
• Develop backend services, APIs, and application logic in Python.
• Integrate AI models and services via APIs, cloud services, or open-source frameworks.
• Collaborate with EY teams to deliver secure, maintainable solutions.
• Prepare data and code documentation, tests, and deployment instructions.
• Participate in code reviews and address feedback from senior staff.
