Job summary

EY is seeking a Government & Public Sector AI Solution Development Manager in the US to lead the technical delivery of AI-enabled solutions for government clients. You will guide design, development, testing, deployment and continuous improvement while managing cross-functional teams.

The role requires strong hands-on leadership, experience with Python, modern backend frameworks, and cloud services, plus excellent English communication and a focus on secure, scalable delivery in a hybrid work

Qualifications

Must have a bachelor’s degree and 6–8+ years of related professional experience.
Hands-on development experience with Python and modern backend frameworks.
Excellent English-language skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, testing, deployment, and improvement of AI-enabled applications.
Translate business and technical requirements into feasible solution designs and plans.
Provide hands-on technical direction for AI-enabled solutions and cloud services.
Guide the development of AI-enabled web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies.
Coordinate technical work across developers, data engineers, AI/ML specialists, and designers.
Review architecture, code, and delivery results to ensure quality and security.
