Job summary

EY is seeking an AI Solution Development Senior Analyst within the Government and Infrastructure Practice in the US. You will design and deliver AI-enabled applications, including proofs of concept and production-ready solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to translate mission needs into working software.

You will own features, contribute to solution lifecycle, and ensure quality, security, and maintainability while aligning with EY standards and cloud

Qualifications

• Must have a bachelor’s degree and 3–5+ years of related professional experience.
• Experience developing AI-enabled solutions and production-quality code.
• Proficiency with Python and a modern backend framework (FastAPI/Flask/Django).
• Strong frontend experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and React-like frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and improve AI-enabled applications.
• Own defined features or technical workstreams through delivery.
• Translate requirements into solution components and testable outcomes.
• Develop APIs, data integrations, and enterprise data connections.
• Evaluate approaches and ensure secure, maintainable solutions.
• Guide junior staff and coordinate with distributed teams.
• Document designs, data flows, and deployment instructions.
