Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3+ years in backend or AI application development.
• Proven experience integrating AI agents into enterprise systems.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate with and support project teams.
• Ability to travel up to 75%.

• Design and implement AI agents and agentic workflows.
• Build and scale AI products using Claude, OpenAI and similar models.

• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders, delivering tailored IT solutions.
• Mentor junior team members and support project teams.
