Job summary

Infosys Consulting seeks a Consultant to envision and design AI-driven business solutions, combining AI engineering with client-facing collaboration to deliver LLM solutions, RAG, and knowledge capabilities.

You will design and implement AI agents and agentic workflows and support IT transformation activities across client programs, coordinating with stakeholders to hit milestones and deliver value.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum 3+ years in backend or AI application development.
Proven experience integrating AI agents into enterprise systems.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication and presentation skills.
Proven ability to collaborate with and support project teams.
Ability to travel up to 75%.
Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship (Infosys cannot sponsor).
Good program/project management skills, including interviewing clients and stakeholder communication.

Infosys Consulting seeks a Consultant to envision and design AI-driven business solutions. The role combines AI engineering and agent development with client-facing collaboration, including delivery of LLM solutions, RAG and knowledge capabilities, and structured program execution.

Role Overview

In this position, you will design and implement AI agents and agentic workflows, including LLM-based solutions and knowledge-enabled capabilities such as RAG. You will also support a client program track, working through IT transformation activities and coordinating with stakeholders to advance milestones.

Responsibilities

Design and implement AI agents and agentic workflows.
Design, build, and scale AI products using Claude, OpenAI, and similar model providers.
Create multi-step agents using LangChain, Google ADK, and related frameworks.
Develop RAG, semantic search, knowledge graphs, and graph-based retrieval capabilities.
Apply prompt engineering approaches to produce relevant responses.
Build data pipelines, API integrations, microservices, and Python-based AI/ML solutions.
