Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Technology Consultant 2 to contribute to requirements elicitation, design discussions, coding, and production support. You will work with AI/ML technologies, RAG pipelines, and modern development tools to deliver scalable software solutions.

Ideal candidates bring experience in Python/Java/TypeScript, LangChain, and LLM APIs, with a focus on end-to-end SDLC and strong collaboration across cross-functional teams in a US-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Document assigned parts of business requirements as per guidance.
• Facilitate software design discussions and document design decisions.
• Participate in coding and integrate new features, maintaining system stability.
• Conduct code reviews and maintain code repositories.
• Implement test strategies, analyze results, and coordinate bug fixes.
• Develop user training programs, documentation, and support frameworks.
• Resolve production issues and recommend preventive strategies for reliability.
• Maintain detailed records of code, testing techniques and support activities.
