Infosys Consulting is seeking a Consultant to design and implement AI agents and agentic workflows for enterprise clients in the USA. You will envision and translate business needs into AI-enabled solutions across multiple industries.

The role requires 3+ years in backend or AI development, experience integrating AI agents, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and willingness to travel up to 75%. This position supports Infosys Consulting's next-generation AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in backend or AI application development.
• Experience integrating AI agents into enterprise systems.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate with and support project teams.
• Ability to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI agents and agentic workflows.
• Design, build, and scale AI products using Claude, OpenAI and similar models.
• Develop RAG, semantic search, knowledge graphs and graph-based retrieval.
• Apply prompt engineering to create relevant responses.
• Build data pipelines, API integrations, microservices and Python AI/ML solutions.
• Design and build eval methods to ensure integrity of outcomes.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Mentor junior team members and foster learning.
