Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Technology Consultant 2 to drive end-to-end development of AI-powered applications, leveraging Python, LLM frameworks, and scalable system design. You will design, implement, and integrate RAG pipelines and agentic workflows across cloud platforms, ensuring reliability and performance.

The role requires expertise in AI engineering, prompt engineering, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver production-grade backend systems and scalable architectures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in a related field.
• Experience with Python for production-grade backend systems.
• Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering and orchestration.
• Proven experience with RAG architectures and vector databases.
• Experience with agentic frameworks and cloud-based system design.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to requirements elicitation by documenting assigned parts of business requirements.
• Facilitate software design discussions and document design decisions for the technical team.
• Participate in coding and integrate new features into existing applications.
• Conduct code reviews and maintain code repositories.
• Implement test strategies, analyze results and coordinate bug fixes.
• Develop user training, documentation, and support frameworks for new software.
• Resolve production issues and suggest preventive strategies for reliability.
• Maintain records of code, testing techniques, and support activities to enrich knowledge base.
