Job summary

Infosys Consulting seeks a Consultant to envision and design AI-driven business solutions, combining AI engineering with client-facing collaboration to deliver LLM solutions, RAG, and knowledge capabilities.

You will design and implement AI agents and agentic workflows and support IT transformation activities across client programs, coordinating with stakeholders to hit milestones and deliver value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3+ years in backend or AI application development.
• Proven experience integrating AI agents into enterprise systems.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate with and support project teams.
• Ability to travel up to 75%.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship (Infosys cannot sponsor).
• Good program/project management skills, including interviewing clients and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI agents and agentic workflows.
• Design, build, and scale AI products using Claude, OpenAI, and similar providers.
• Create multi-step agents with LangChain, Google ADK, and related frameworks.
• Develop RAG, semantic search, knowledge graphs, and graph-based retrieval.
• Apply prompt engineering to produce relevant responses.
• Build data pipelines, API integrations, microservices, and Python-based AI/ML solutions.
• Design evaluation methods to ensure integrity of outcomes.
• Build and maintain client relationships and deliver tailored IT solutions.
• Present project updates and recommendations to executives and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure clear communication and on-time delivery.
• Mentor junior team members for growth.
